YOU ARE BIDDING ON A 1994 ACURA LEGEND L LUXURY SEDAN. NICE AND CLEAN IN AND OUT, MINIMAL COMMON WEAR AND RUST. RIDES DOWN THE ROAD NICE AND SMOOTH, SMOOTH AND TIGHT SUSPENSION, MECHANICALLY IN GOOD SHAPE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE OVERHEATING PROBLEM WHICH I AM SURE IS A HEAD GASKET AS THESE ARE VERY COMMON IN THESE LEGENDS. SO DON'T PLAN ON DRIVING THIS ANYWHERE EXCEPT UP A TRAILER OR TOW DOLLY. PLEASE CALL FOR ANY QUESTIONS I MIGHT HAVE NOT ANSWERED.

Like any used older vehicle, expect to put some money into it to make it perfect. Don't assume something is there or if it is not mentioned, eg radio, remotes, manuals air conditioning etc. Please call me and ask questions before you place your bid. Please remember there is a reserve and I am selling this vehicle as it is. It is the responsibility to make all inspections and valuations of the current conditions BEFORE the auction ends. By placing your bid you have agreed to accept the car in its present condition, regardless what is mentioned in the description. I am honest and my experience has allowed me to have many satisfied customers.
FINE PRINT: I am a Licensed New Jersey Used car dealer. All vehicles are for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction due to a local sale. All bidders with less zero feedback must call or email before bidding with your full name and phone, otherwise your bid will be deleted. New Jersey residents pay sales tax, all others pay in their home state. Feel confident and check my feedback. I have satisfied many more customers than listed in my feedback as most cars are sold before the auction ends. All cars are sold AS IS in their present condition. I will help with a remote inspection within a reasonable matter. I am close to Newark airport and all major NYC public transportation.
DOCUMENTARY FEE and TAX: You are purchasing this vehicle from a Licensed NJ Used car dealer. Doc and vehicle prep fees are $195 for all buyers. Temporary registration is available to all buyers with a valid proof of insurance. NJ residents must also add 6% sales tax, out of state buyers will pay in home state.
PAYMENT: NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS REQUIRED - Full Payment to be made within 3 days after auction end, even if you plan to pick it up at a later date unless otherwise arranged. Payments accepted are cash in person, bank wire transfer, and certified bank or loan check. If the bank check is not from a nationally known bank there will be a clearing period just like a personal check. SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL, unless a special arrangement is made.
STORAGE: Buyer has 10 days to pick up vehicle, $10 a day storage after. Buyer may also arrange specific storage time before the auction ends. No exceptions unless otherwise agreed upon before the auction end.
