1961 Jaguar MK IX
1st let me start by saying I am listing this car for my uncle. Neither he or I are Jaguar experts. I will try to describe the car as accurately as possible. It is in need of total restoration. We bought it in a deal with 4 other cars. According to the research I've done, this model was built between 1959-1961. There were somewhere around 10000 made and sold for around $6000. Like I said, I'm no expert, but I'd would say it's kind of rare. It has Two-Tone Blue Exterior with alot of wood veneer inside. As far as I know, the car does not run. It has a 6 cylinder engine. It also has aluminum heads and 4 wheel disc brakes. It comes with an extra engine block with the crank and pistons. Car will be sold "as is, where is". No warranties. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required with 72 hours of the auctions end. The remainder must be paid for in full before it leaves my property. Shipping is the buyers responsibility.
