Fee and Tax Information: All sales are subject to a $55 document fee. PA residents pay all applicable sales tax and fees. Out of state buyers driving their vehicles home will be issued a $10, 30 day temporarty in-transit tag. This in-transit tag allows you up to 30 days to register the car in your state. Full Payment due within 3 days of auction close. Payment must be made in Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer or Certified Funds. Title and vehicle are to be released after funds clear.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 2 days of auction end. Remaining payment must be in the form of cashier's check or wire transfer. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. If you would like to pay with an e-loan or Blank Check format type of financing, please contact me ahead of time to discuss this payment.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

Title to vehicle will be mailed after your form of payment clears my bank. This vehicle is also available for sale to the general public and we reserve the right to stop the auction if the vehicle is sold on the lot. Also, the miles maybe be slightly higher upon delivery due to test drives.

Before a vehicle is ever listed for sale on e-bay or my lot, it first undergoes a PA state inspection and emission check, receives an oil change, brakes, rotors, and tires are replaced as required, and then the vehicle is professionaly detailed. I've seen lots of "great buys" on here that are actually Manufacturer Buy Backs or vehicles with previous Unibody Damage. In some states Unibody Damage as well as prior Buy Backs do not have to be disclosed, so buyer beware. DF Automotive, Inc. DOES NOT sell Buy Backs, Lemons, or Unibody Damage Vehicles.
